Services Agreement:

By engaging with BoomX Digital Agency, clients agree to the terms outlined in this document. Services provided may include, but are not limited to, web design, development, digital marketing, and SEO.

Payment Terms:

Clients agree to adhere to the payment schedule outlined in the proposal or contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services or termination of the agreement.

Confidentiality:

BoomX Digital Agency agrees to treat all client information as confidential. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose proprietary information shared by BoomX.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property developed by BoomX during the course of the project, including but not limited to designs, code, and content, remains the property of BoomX until full payment is received.

Project Timelines:

BoomX will provide estimated project timelines. Delays caused by the client, third-party vendors, or unforeseen circumstances may impact deadlines. BoomX will communicate any adjustments promptly.

Revisions and Approvals:

Clients are entitled to a specific number of revisions as outlined in the agreement. Excessive revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to that point.

Force Majeure:

BoomX is not liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or government actions.

Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of UK. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the UK.

Updates to Terms:

BoomX Digital Agency reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement implies acceptance of the updated terms.
