This virtual class takes participants on a guided journey into the experience of sound as energy — exploring how vibration influences our physical, mental, and emotional states. 1. Welcome & Intention Setting (10 min)
Participants are invited to settle in, center their breath, and set a personal intention for the class. Rhea begins by explaining the importance of intention in sound-based healing practices.

2. Introduction to Sound Energy (20 min)
A short interactive talk on what sound really is — exploring the relationship between frequency, vibration, and resonance. Using simple visuals, Rhea demonstrates how sound waves travel through the body, influencing cellular vibration and energy fields.

3. Experiential Listening Practice (15 min)
Participants engage in a deep listening exercise using nature sounds and simple tones. This practice trains the mind to observe sound without judgment and cultivates sensory awareness.

4. Sound Demonstration: The Singing Bowl Experience (25 min)
