    Rhea Kapoor

Rhea Kapoor is a certified sound therapist and meditation guide with more than 12 years of experience in the field of holistic healing. Her journey began as a classical musician, which gradually evolved into a deep exploration of how vibration, tone, and rhythm influence emotional and physical well-being. Over the years, she has studied under renowned masters in Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy, Nada Yoga, and Energy Healing, blending traditional Eastern practices with contemporary wellness techniques.

Rhea’s teaching emphasizes awareness through sound — helping participants connect with their inner frequency, balance energy centers, and cultivate calm in both personal and professional spaces. Her sessions are known for their warmth, compassion, and deep sensory immersion, combining gentle voice guidance with the harmonics of singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.

She has conducted over 300 workshops and retreats across India and Southeast Asia, guiding students, yoga practitioners, and therapists in integrating sound as a healing modality.
